What You'll Do:   

  • Provide compassionate nursing care and medication administration

  • Monitor residents’ health and communicate changes promptly

  • Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence

  • Collaborate with and guide caregiving staff

  • Complete accurate documentation and follow care standards

What You'll Need:   
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Wisconsin 
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience
  • Experience working with advanced age, Alzheimer's, dementia, and/or assisted living populations (preferred)
