What You Bring:

3–5 years of senior living leadership experience (Required)
Proven success in sales, and occupancy growth within senior living (Required)
Strong financial acumen: budget management and P&L ownership (Required)
A college degree (Preferred) and an unwavering commitment to resident-centered care
