Are you the leader who will:
- Champion a culture where every resident and team member is treated with dignity, respect, and genuine hospitality every single day
- Inspire a high-performing team that delivers round-the-clock, personalized care, helping residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home
- Drive growth and accountability by building census through active sales leadership, managing the P&L with rigor, and executing with both vision and operational excellence
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of senior living leadership experience (Required)
- Proven success in sales, and occupancy growth within senior living (Required)
- Strong financial acumen: budget management and P&L ownership (Required)
- A college degree (Preferred) and an unwavering commitment to resident-centered care
