What You'll Do: 

Provide compassionate nursing care and medication administration
Monitor residents’ health and communicate changes promptly
Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence
Collaborate with and guide caregiving staff
Complete accurate documentation and follow care standards

What You'll Need: 

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Wisconsin
At least 1 year of clinical experience
Experience working with advanced age, Alzheimer's, dementia, and/or assisted living populations
