What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized support that promotes resident wellness, dignity, and quality of life.
- Help create a secure and comfortable living experience that encourages resident choice and self-sufficiency.
- Demonstrate Liberty Village's commitment to exceptional service and resident-centered care in daily interactions.
- Follow individualized service plans and provide assistance based on each resident's unique preferences and needs.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and provide dependable support throughout assigned shifts.
- Observe, track, and report changes in resident status to appropriate team members in a timely manner.
- Encourage participation in social, recreational, and enrichment opportunities through individual and group engagement.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience
- CBRF certification preferred
